According to the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (saw), Ramadan is a month of great significance for the Ummah. As we are blessed with another opportunity to observe this holy month, we should keep in mind the advice of the Prophet (saw) to renew our bonds with the Ummah.
Through the act of giving, such as Zakat and Sadaqah, we can follow the Sunnah of the Prophet (saw) to be more generous than the fast wind. By reaching out to those in need, we can spread hope to our brothers and sisters across the world.
It is said in Bukhari that none of us can truly be considered a believer until we love for our fellow human beings what we love for ourselves. Your charitable donations can have a tremendous impact in refugee camps, war zones, and impoverished villages, among other places.
Therefore, this Ramadan, we encourage you to embrace the spirit of giving and become a source of hope for others, following the example of the Prophet (saw).
